Evolving from a small workshop to a modern factory, Azone mass-produces a daily output for multiple brands with advanced cutting, CNC engraving, laser carving, and more.
Combined with 2D and 3D drawings of your chosen design, our precise mold making can realize complex shapes, textures, and patterns. If your jewelry does not need molding, we can cut it directly with our advanced CNC and cutting machinery.
After preparing the mold, we proceed with creating a silicone mold followed by a wax tree. Once the wax tree is welded, it undergoes the lost wax manufacturing process, resulting in the initial form of the jewelry. We collaborate with Tiffany’s cooperative factory.
Our silicone molds have a usage limit of approximately 800 times, and our wax tree production is highly experienced, minimizing losses and improving manufacturing efficiency.
Our factory has state-of-the-art CNC engraving machines for precise jewelry cutting, resulting in highly-detailed jewelry that appears unique compared to any other.

By applying electroplating to a thin layer of gold or silver metal, we preserve our jewelry surface from tarnishing or bacterial growth.
Along with improving the look of our jewelry, we consistently ensure our jewelry is safe for customers and can also withstand any climate or condition.
Through adhesive and other stone setting methods, we attach gemstones and other decorative elements to the surface of our gold, silver, stainless steel or brass fashion jewelry.
